I applaud you for eating healthy, but cutting out all sweet things will only make you feel bad. Perhaps the 100 calorie biscuit could be part of your balanced weekday diet but on the weekends if you feel like having a slice of cake, or more than one biscuit then you can :) If you tell your brain you can’t have something it will only make you want it more.
Also, if on a weekday you feel like your diets not been that good, don’t worry and just be better the next week. Try not to restrict your diet too much, just be wary of the amount of sugar in things, especially drinks.
